(gdb-init-2): Move to ...
(gdb-starting): ... here because GDB 7.0 requires execution to have
started when using MI command -data-list-register-names.
(gdb-propertize-header): New macro.
(gdb-breakpoints-header, gdb-locals-header): Use it.
